Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice (Near Olympia, WA) Are you a dedicated Family Physician seeking a dynamic locum tenens opportunity in a growing community near Olympia, WA? We're looking for a qualified and experienced physician to join our team and provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This is a locum tenens position with a start date as soon as credentialing is complete, offering a 3-month contract with the possibility to extend. What We Offer: Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) with an unpaid lunch break. Patient Care: Be prepared to see up to 21 patients daily, potentially more depending on cancellations. We require a physician comfortable with a high-volume environment and experience working with all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. Supportive Team: Each provider benefits from a dedicated medical assistant, with access to receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, and on-site pediatricians (in most clinics). A local healthcare administrator will handle your timecards. Diverse Patient Population: We serve a thriving community with a significant migrant and refugee population. Interpretive services are available on-site. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this position, with additional languages being a valuable asset. Technology: We utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for efficient patient care. Procedures: You will perform common procedures like injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
